How We Work


On all hair extensions services that require more than 1hr service.  A consultation may be required.  And a fee of $50 deposit to hold and appointment.  This fee will be deducted from your service.  If you no show or non-cancellation within 24hr period.  Fee goes to stylist as a booking fee. (no refunds) 

Cancellation / Reschedule 

We ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a result, that this doesn’t happen you will be asked to leave a card on file on your next booking and there will be an automatic charged $25 fee as a no show fee for future appointments.   Same day cancellations will be treated the same. 


Children are serviced at Time Hair Gallery. For the respect of your children and other visiting guests, please keep children with an adult at all times. Salons are an environment with sharp utensils and creates an unsafe place for kids to move around.  Under no circumstance should children be left alone. 

Please respect others by not using your cell phone or musical device on speaker. Headphones are advised. 


Wi-Fi is provided for all customers while being serviced in the salon.  It is only meant during the time duration of your service.  Once done allow others to partake.  Overload can slow systems down. 

Appointment time 

We grant you a 15-20min grace period of arrival.  Unless you have phone called your stylist and made arrangements. Please no emails for cancellations, please call. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduled appointment or same day cancellation. 

And our agreement to you is that we value your time and will work hard to get you out in a timely fashion.  If you feel some concern don’t hesitate to speak to management or your stylist.
